From the viewpoint of low-carbonization of the elderly assets, it is necessary to introduce and disseminate the low carbon technology that significantly enhances efficiency of natural energy utilization. As the basis of the technology, we develop the hybrid heating and air-conditioning system treating sensible and latent heat separately and utilizing solar energy, and make its demonstration experiments.

Our target is not only to make high efficient equipment, but also to establish a promotion system for introducing the technology that greatly reduces financial burdens of the elderly.

A system that utilizes the solar energy efficiently on site by making a hybrid system with a solar battery system and a heating and air-conditioning system treating sensible and latent heat separately has not yet investigated. The demonstration of the system is considered to give a great impact as a new utilization method of the solar energy.


We make research and development on the following three items for the energy saving heating and air-conditioning system utilizing the solar energy.
  1. hybrid heating and air-conditioning system treating sensible and latent heat separately and utilizing solar energy
    Development of the system, high efficient moisture absorber, regenerator, and hybridization with solar batteries
  2. Double effect absorption system utilizing the solar heat
    High efficient input method of the solar heat, and efficient operation algorism in the partial loads
  3. Ejector system utilizing the solar heat
    System design, high efficient ejector, and the control method of heat balance between the ejector system and the two-stage vapor compression system

Energy saving target: 20% or more compared to the conventional systems
