Urban Reformation Program for Realization of Bright Low Carbon Society
Mission statement
We will make demonstration experiments of integrated measures for low carbon society in Kashiwa-no-ha Campus Town in Chiba prefecture with a target of solving both of two major problems that Japan is now facing; to realize the low carbon society and to conquer the aging society. We will make a model of a bright low carbon city that enables growth and development, and promote to disseminate and expand the model in Japan as well in the world.
